Paper Space is a painting of a framed drawing featuring a rolled piece of paper and placed in a large, life-size corner. Space is here set up like a dead-end street or cave. The paper introduces a sense of virginity, innocence and fragility. Placed against the wall as if it was left and forgotten in a studio, the painting investigates the role of colour and space on visual moods.
